But not the beginning that you think….
Beth and I started working together in February 2011. Yes, that was 3 and 1/2 years ago. For me, I was very clear about the direction of her business, but unfortunately, she was unsure. Now, before you begin to judge, realize that this happens MOST of the time, with new entrepreneurs to MDE Nation.
They think the following:
- I don’t know their business
- But, I tried that Richelle
- What you are proposing will NEVER work
- And many more thoughts…. all leading to just dabbling instead of FULL on implementing my suggestions.
For years, Beth, kinda believed and would get sucked back into the “Shiny Object” Syndrome… but I am proud to announce that something clicked…. starting with MDE Live: Welcome to the Jungle, something switched from – I’m not sure if it will work to – who cares if it works, I am going to IMPLEMENT. And boy did she implement!
She was a finalist for Implementer of the 100 Day Challenge and still she kept implementing… and please join me in CONGRATULATING Beth of Las Vegas Homes Now for Implementer of the Month for September!!! Whooooohoooo! So proud.
Here are her Q&A – and her Google Hangout is coming next week!
1. What does your company do?
We are Real Estate Consultants and Homeowner Advocates; and we do everything in our power to deliver a 5-star experience. Doesn’t matter if you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, investing or things are going sideways and you need to short sale your home, we’re with you, guiding you all the way.
2. What is your favorite marketing tool/software/program? I LOVE Facebook.
I use FB ads, landing pages and an auto responder with a drip campaign to nurture folks in the buying or selling process till they’re ready. Also love Send Out Cards for follow up and lead generation.
3. What is your favorite part of The Million Dollar Equation –MDENation?
The accountability part is huge for me since I have a bad habit of chasing shiny objects. MDE has the plan already mapped out. I just have to plug in the info that’s specific to my Real Estate business.
4. Where do you see your business in 2014?
I’m light years ahead of the last two years, so I’m thrilled with that. By the end of the year I’ll have my own Real Estate brokerage open complete with property management and maintenance/repair services.
5. Any specific results due to the implementation?
Yep, an actual business that’s generating income and the BEST August and month since 2005. My Facebook Ads are generating leads that automatically go into an autoresponder that nurtures the leads, gets them automatic information and I simply call them when they express they are READY to buy or sell. I’m getting referrals from past customers and have put a multi touch campaign in place to stay in contact with past customers. It’s all working!!!
6. Final comments : While I’ve not always been the fastest implementer (or the most enthusiastic), I’ve ALWAYS known that what Richelle teaches works. It flat out works. I’m grateful to have someone who believed in me before I believed in myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you Richelle.
