The reason why I chose Dr. Jason to WIN MDE Implementer of the Month – August, 2014!

I met Dr. Jason over 7 years ago, and we have worked together on a multitude of projects, but why was this time different.

Let me give you some background:

1.  Being a doctor, Dr. Jason has been practicing for 19 years with over 15, 000 patients.
2. His patients know he is different from the others
3. His patients request him
4. He has a 6 – 8 week waiting time to see him, even for regular patients

• He completed 3 versions of his website – endlessly studying direct response marketing greats to find one that he liked best to start testing.
• He purchased and integrated his CRM so that he could have automatic follow up from the start –
• He created a 3 step direct mail piece that he sent out to a highly custom list of patients who fit his exact criteria – drove them to his website for purchase of his upfront consultation fee
• He created a referral letter to send to his fellow doctors to have them invite their patients to his new clinic
• He created the script for all 3 presentations and ultimately to the sales presentation for the prospects at his open house – 90 minutes of pure awesome sales copy that had the crowd on the edge of their seats to buy
• He made a flyer to go into both his practice but also his partner’s practices and his referral partners’ offices to distribute to their customers
• He created order forms with upsell, cross sell, and a drop down offer – to get the sale immediately
• He used testimonials throughout his presentation
• He used magic during his speech during the open house which provided awesome entertainment to make the crowd feel great!  (by the way, this month’s MDE Master Class is entitled, Event Marketing – How to Make Money by Throwing a Party! – And, Dr. Jason is the master at throwing a great party)

The results – he already told you, during his OPEN House,  his team closed over 50% of the room.
Great trial run!  I was so proud!

But I was even happier with the results!  Now, he has a template to roll this out.  He is planning on holding these events once per month inviting prospects, via online, direct mail (his favorite) and referral partners.
