5 Must Have Tools for Building A Million Dollar Business

  1. Most Important Asset – Your List :  Before you can get a customer or a sale, it’s important to establish a rapport.  Allow the prospect to learn more about you . The only way to do this is by building a list.  A list with which you communicate and establish your expertise and authority.
  2. Tracking System:  A system to keep track of your customers – and hear the alarm bell when it is time to buy again from you. 
  3. A Magnet:  Something to attract prospects to raise their hands and tell you that they are interested in your product or service
  4. A great solution :  Chapter 1 of my Amazon.com #1 Best Selling book,  The Million Dollar Equation , it’s extremely important to solve a problem of your target market in order to keep cash flowing. 
  5. Follow up System – FU of the Million Dollar Equation – a way to follow up with both your prospects and your existing customers.  DO you realize that there are only 3 ways to grow a business?  Growth Way #1 – Get New Customers, Growth Way #2 – Get existing customers to come back and buy more often  Growth Way #3 – Get your existing customers to spend more money each time that they buy.  How to do you that?  – Make sure that you have a clear description of what is supposed to be the next to purchase.
